Promenade at Howard Hughes Center
Overview: The Promenade at Howard Hughes Center is located in a renovated area off of S. Sepulveda Blvd south of Culver City. It’s one of these oft-overlooked malls but its claim to fame is its large IMAX theatre in The Rave Motion Pictures 18.
I should note that the Howard Hughes Promenade is mainly an entertainment and food center versus a true retail shopping mall. There are two levels to the Howard Hughes Promenade and each floor has an abundance of restaurants and fast food joints such as Subway and Johnny Rockets.
Besides the CineMark Theatre, which houses the IMAX, the largest retail store is a Nordstroms Rack outlet. For food, check out Rubios, Stefanos, Islands, and of course, Mrs. Fields (cookies).
