Nekazanka Apartment, Prague 1 Old Town
This two bedroom apartment is ideally situated on the border of the historic and romantic Old Town and exciting New Town. It takes only 3 minutes on foot to the famous Wenceslas Square, or in the other direction only 5 minutes to the historic Old Town Square with Astrological clock and another historic buildings.
At one end of the Nekazanka street is Na Prikope with boutiques, shopping galleries, restaurants, clubs and cinemas.
This very safe apartment can accommodate up to 9 persons and is located on the 2nd floor of its building which has an elevator. On the ground floor of the building, is Paneria coffee shop, which is open every day and sells delicious cakes, muffins, croissants, rich coffee etc., so it is the perfect place to have a breakfast or cheap and quick afternoon snack.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and raised wooden mazzonete (similar to Kampa Island Apartment) with another double bed. The second bedroom has also a big double bed. The living room includes satellite TV, a sofa and chairs, pull out sofabed suitable for 2 persons and possible extra single bed should maximum occupancy of the apartment be required. The apartment has a bathroom with bathtub and shower. The WC is in its own room. The kitchen is modern and well equipped with fridge, dishwasher , microwave, kettle, dishes, cooker, hob and toaster.
The rate for this apartment is based on 1 – 2 person occupancy is US$125 per night.
Opatovicka 1 Bedroom Apartment, Prague 1
This is a very good quality one bedroom apartment able to accommodate up to 4 persons, located on a quiet street close to the National Theatre near the river in Prague 1. The walk to Wenceslas Square takes 5 minutes whilst the walk to the Old Town Square is about a couple of minutes longer. The distance to Charles Bridge is about 500metres. On a neighbouring street is one of Prague’s oldest and most historic bars. It is called U Fleku and has it’s own micro brewery making an incredible 13% dark beer called ‘Flek’. Not one for the weak hearted! Traditional Czech cuisine is also available. All main tourist attractions are within easy walking distance as are the city’s varied nightlife and shopping. There is a large Tesco supermarket within easy walking distance for purchase of groceries, etc.
The apartment is 50 sq.m. in size and its building has an elevator. The accommodation consists of a bedroom with double bed, living room with sofa-bed, dining area and satellite TV, well equipped modern kitchen including fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob and all crockery and cutlery, bathroom with bathtub and WC.

Muzeum One Bedroom Apartments, Border Prague 1 and 2
There are nine one bedroom apartments located in this building located about midway between the National Muzeum at the top of Wenceslas Square and Charles Square (Karlovo Namesti) towards the river. Two of these apartments are currently available for your dates. The actual location is on the corner of Legerova and Rumunska streets.It is a walk of about 500metres to Wenceslas Square. As you would expect in this location, there is walking access to the tourist attractions, the city’s nightlife and shopping. There are also excellent tram and metro connections for those wishing not wishing to walk or wanting to visit venues further from the centre.
Each apartment is 55sq.m. in size, on the 3rd – 5th floor of their building which has an elevator. The accommodation in each apartment consists of one bedroom with double bed, a living room with sofa bed, dining area and satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen including fridge/freezer, electric oven and hob and kitchen utensils, all crockery and cutlery. The bathroom in this apartment has a bathtub and WC.
The rate for one of these apartments for your dates and based on 1 – 4 person occupancy is US$95 per night.
