Pork and vegetable dish smothered in delicious gravy
The Restaurace Seleterie is located in Prague area 3 and it is one very down to earth restaurant. They specialize in pork dishes. This restaurant was probably the most authentic restuarant I went to because it was out of the touristy areas. I had a huge dish that consisted of pork, gravy, vegetables and, of course, french fries. It was tender, robust in flavor and awesome! Again, this restaurant is a bit out of the way. The young waiter there told me he thought Prague looked a lot like Boston, where he’d visited a few years back.
