St Nicholas Church
Overview: This grand baroque church with oxidized spires – St. Nicholas Church – is unmistakable and can be seen from Old Town Plaza. It is located in the center of Mala Strana’s Malostransks Namesti (Lesser Town Square) and is one of the structures that symbolizes Malostranska Namesti’s solidarity. It was built in the 18th century. Unfortunately, if you’re in a wheelchair, you can only enter the church as not climb up the long, long spiral staircase.
Location: Malostranske namesti
Cost: 60 CZK adults
Accessibility: This beautiful church is not accessible, even if you could walk a little and used a cane. There’s a flight of steep, concrete stairs at the base of the church. The staircase spirals steeply up.
