The fantastic Siam Heritage Hotel in Bangkok is located off Surawong Road in the Silom/Sathorn district. The Silom/Sathorn District is just east/adjacent to the Riverside District in Bangkok. This hotel is central to most major tourist attractions in Bangkok (i.e. temples, Khoa San Road and China Town in the Riverside District to the northwest, shopping district of Siam just to the east and Sukhumvit District further east). The Siam Heritage Hotel has the advantage of being in a fun but touristy area of Bangkok, where streets such as Patpong are located.

This 4 star hotel can boast of its quality staff, spacious, traditional Thai ambiance and style rooms and a great breakfast buffet. On the ground floor is a higher end plaza with a couple of boutique shops, restaurant and bar. It’s a bit more expensive than you may want to pay for a hotel in Bangkok, but you can get an unlimited amount of big, fluffy towels, clean and large rooms and step outside where choices of restaurants and activities are unlimited. In addition, there are always cabs in the front of the Siam Heritage Hotel.

Accessibility: The Siam Heritage Hotel is wheelchair accessible. The entrance to this hotel has a ramp and the regular rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms at the Siam Heritage Hotel are also large. The regular rooms do not have a roll-in shower and the shower as about a 4 inch threshold to keep the water in but the shower is large. You can get out of your wheelchair and climb into the shower. They do have more wheelchair accessible rooms with roll-in showers.
