Staying in Prague
Overview: Prague hotels and apartments are difficult to determine if they are wheelchair accessible or not as far as simple access goes. I had ten hotels on a list to check out. Judging by the pictures during internet research, they appeared accessible and reasonably priced. Half of them were not accessible either because they had steps at the entrance or steps inside leading to the reception area and lifts. Here is a list of Prague hotels and apartments personally researched and verified as wheelchair accessible.
The hotels are listed by zone (or district) numbers (Prague 1, Prague 2, etc.).
MY PRAGUE LODGING RECOMMENDATIONS
1. Stay in hotels or apartments in Prague 2 district or the south side of Prague 1 near Wenceslas Square. Location location location.

2. Staying in a Prague apartment is the cheapest lodging option if your visit to Prague is longer than a week. The last couple of pages has a list of Prague apartments that are cheap and/or are wheelchair accessible as well as the apartment contact information for the Prague apartment facilitators.
