Overview: The Chicago O’Hare Airport is huge! If you take any international flights, you’ll most likely have to take one of O’Hare’s speedy trams to another terminal. I found the airport to be somewhat confusing from the trams to the next elevators and finding the correct floors to stop on. But, it’s a massive, impressive airport and has a lot of cool decor.
One thing of note is that, as mentioned in the Travel Tips guide, you should give yourself plenty of time between connections, especially if you arrive from an international destination. The customs and immigration lines are long, even the handicap lines.
Handicap Airport Services: The airport is ADA compliant (Americans with Disabilities Act) and includes facilities for disabled travelers.
Staff: The staff here has the mid-west hospitality you would expect.
Money, Cash Machines ATMs: Several cash machines in O’Hare.
Bathrooms: N/A
